Soy protein concentrate, expellor pressed non-GMO Canola oil, isolated soy protein, methylcellulose, natural flavor (soy), salt,organic onions, organic steak sauce( tomato paste, soy sauce, spices) hydrolyzed wheat gluten, malt extract (barley), dried: onion, garlic, black pepper, beet powder, spices, autolyzed yeast extract, vitamins and minerals

Cooking Instructions (Stove Top Method)

1. Remove frozen burger from pouch

2. Heat a skillet on the stove top.

3. Place 1 Tbsp. oil in pan

4. Place burger on oil

5 Cover burger and turn heat to low

6. After 4 minutes, turn burger, cover and cook another 4 minutes

Cooking Instructions
(Conventional Oven)

1. Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut open food pouch and remove burger
3. Place burger on a lightly greased baking dish or pan

4. Loosely cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until heated through

Cooking Instructions
(Microwave)

This method is not recommended for frozen, raw burger

(Thawed Product)

1. Allow frozen food pouch to thaw sealed, at room temperature for no more than 4 hours
2 Follow cooking instructions above for stove top or conventional oven

3. Reduce cooking times in half
