Cooking Instructions (Stove Top Method)
1. Boil 1 to 2 quarts of water in a medium sized soup pot
2. Place frozen food pouch into the water (do not open pouch) and bring to a boil
3. After one minute, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes
4. Turn off heat and remove pouch from water
5. Rest pouch on a plate or surface and snip one end of pouch completely off with scissors (be careful not to burn yourself as
pouch contents will be very hot)
6. Using a hot pad to hold pouch, empty pouch contents onto plate and food is ready to eat!
Cooking Instructions (Conventional Oven)
1. Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees
2. Place frozen food pouch on a flat surface and snip off one end with a scissors
3. Empty contents into a small baking dish
4. Loosely cover with foil and bake in oven for 10-20 minutes or until heated through
Cooking Instructions (Microwave)
1. Place food pouch on a flat surface
2. Make 2 one inch incisions, 2 inches apart, into one side of frozen food pouch
3. Place pouch in a shallow bowl, or plate and microwave 3-5 minutes on high power
4. Remove pouch from microwave. Rest pouch on a plate or surface and snip one end of pouch completely off with scissors (be
careful as pouch contents will be very hot)
5. Empty pouch contents onto plate and food is ready to eat!
