Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Vegetarian ground beef, (soy protein concentrate, isolated soy protein, methylcellulose, natural flavor, salt, hydrolyzed wheat gluten, malt extract, dried onion, dried garlic, black pepper, beet powder, spices, autolyzed yeast extract, vitamins and minerals), expellor pressed non-GMO Canola oil, organic* onions, organic* mushrooms, organic* peppers, organic* garlic, organic* vegetable stock (organic* vegetables, organic* autolyzed yeast, spices, salt),

Cooking Instructions (Stove Top Method)
1. Pour 1 to 2 quarts of water in a medium sized soup pot
2. Place food pouch water (do not open pouch)
3. Bring water to boil, lower heat
4. Simmer for another 10 minutes
5. Turn off heat and remove pouch from water
6. Rest pouch on a plate or surface and snip one end of pouch completely off with scissors (be careful not to burn yourself as pouch contents will be very hot)
7. Using a hot pad to hold pouch, empty pouch contents onto plate and food is ready to eat!

Cooking Instructions (Conventional Oven)
1. Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees
2. Place pouch on a flat surface and cut through pouch beneath the seal
3. Empty desired amount of contents into a small baking dish
4. Loosely cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until heated through

Note: For FAMILY SIZE  and FOODSERVICE SIZE defrost contents before opening pouch and reheating

Cooking Instructions (Microwave)
1. Place pouch on a flat surface
2. Make 2 one inch incisions, 2 inches apart, into one side of frozen food pouch
3. Place pouch in a shallow bowl, or plate and microwave 3-4 minutes on high power
4. Remove pouch from microwave. Rest pouch on a plate or surface and snip one end of pouch completely off with scissors (be careful as pouch contents will be very hot)
5. Empty pouch contents onto plate and food is ready to eat!

Cooking Instructions (Thawed Product)
1. Allow frozen food pouch to thaw sealed, at room temperature for no more than 4 hours
2. Open pouch and poor out thawed contents into bowl or plate and reheat using stovetop
