1. Thaw package in refridgerator for 4 hours or overnight

2. Open ready-to-grill package and remove cutlets, scraping off excess barbecue sauce

3. Place cutlets on a medium hot grill and grill 6 minutes on each side turning once, while basting with supplied barbecue sauce.

4. Remove from grill and serve
