Cooking Instructions (Conventional Oven)
1. Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut open pouch
3. Empty desired amount of contents onto a lightly oiled baking dish or cookie sheet
4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until heated through

Cooking Instructions (Microwave)
1. Cut pouch open 
2. Remove nuggets from pouch and place on paper towel or microwavable plate
3. Microwave 2 minutes on high

Cooking Instructions (Thawed Product)
1. Allow frozen food pouch to thaw sealed, at room temperature for no more than 4 hours
2. Open pouch and poor out thawed contents into bowl or plate and reheat in oven or microwave as described above.
