How It Works

The information on this page will help guide and navigate you around the new site and its shopping cart features. You will need to review the Shipping page to determine your shipping options.

Please note we have a $50 minimum order requirement. Want to know why? Check out our FAQ page.
Along with reading our FAQ page, this page should provide extra help and direction especially to non-tech savvy computer users.

Returning customers must note that their old passwords from the original veggiebrothers.com site will not work on this new site. You need only go to the member login area and input your email address in the field for Forgotten Password or Reset Your Password fields.

You will be sent a system generated password to use temporarily. Once logged in you can easily change your password by entering the member login area, then clicking "Update Address" links which should be right below the green "Log Out" button on the top right of the page.

Ordering is easier and faster (you'll believe it when you try it)
You can track your orders right from our site by going into the “member login” section and “order history” section once your product has been shipped
You can easily re-order via member login area
You can save an order for later so you don't have to worry about starting all over again

How it works page. We will show folks a video of how easy it is to shop on our site and some of its cool features using a couple of video tutorials.
