	Delicious
	I heated this one up in the microwave and while it was really good, I wish I had thrown it in the pan for a few minutes - that would have made it perfect! The flavor was delicious and the texture was good but definitely would have been better done in a pan on the stove.

	Well, it's a tie between the flank steak and the vegan chicken nuggets. These steaks are very moist and flavorful and practically melt in your mouth. These are definitely the best vegan steaks out there. Try these with mashed potatoes. Delicious....

	My daughter enjoyed this, but my husband and I weren't crazy for it. The sauce was fine, but the "meat" was chewy.

	Awesome "fake steak"
	This flank steak was really tasty. The texture was nice and chewy (without the strange "bounce" that some mock steak has) and it was even seared! The au jus was nice - intense mustard and vinegar flavors added punch to the sauce, but it was a bit on the thin side. Overall, very good.

	Flank Steak au jus
	I love this entree. I first had it at Imagine Vegan Cafe in Memphis and was happy to order it at home. It tasted just as good, the jus just tops it off. My husband liked the flavour but I think the texture was different for him and asked that I try and maybe fry it up for him instead of boiling the bag.
